Uma Patel is the Founder, CEO and the driving force behind LAPISZ. She left her career as a Professional M&A Business Negotiator to temporary focus on being a full-time mom. Since then she constantly sought to do something that would make a positive impact to people and environment. Finally she discovered the concept of period underwear. She spent about a year developing, testing and perfecting the product before launching it in 2022. LAPISZ embodies a true win-win-win situation.
